Concentra Urgent Care is designed to make your visit to our centers both convenient and affordable.
Because illnesses and injuries aren't planned, you shouldn’t have to plan your visit to the doctor’s office. No appointment is necessary to receive quality care at a Concentra Urgent Care medical center.
As a patient, you must present some form of photo identification when you check in at the front desk. A driver's license, passport, military I.D., or State-provided identification card are good examples.
Minor patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, or the parent/guardian must have provided the caregiver with a signed letter authorizing treatment.
This simple statement is a core element of Concentra’s corporate mission statement. Facing an urgent illness or injury shouldn’t automatically create a financial burden for a patient or the patient’s family. Yes, there is a cost associated with staffing and providing experienced medical care at extended hours beyond those of your primary care physician. But there is a significant cost savings using an urgent care facility versus a hospital emergency room, and this cost savings has nothing to do with quality of care.
At Concentra Urgent Care you receive one itemized bill covering all services rendered, at the time you check out. No “surprise” bills coming to you in the mail for weeks after your visit.
Credit Cards. In addition to cash and personal checks, Concentra accepts VISA, MasterCard, and Discover.
